Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dabble mobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by Dabble ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Dabble. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when you register.
• You may not share your account with others or let anyone else book classes on your behalf without our permission.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Credits, subscriptions, and payments

• Dabble operates on a credit system. Credits are used to book classes and can be obtained through monthly subscriptions or one-time credit packs.
• All purchases are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include any applicable taxes.
• Subscription credits may be subject to a monthly rollover cap, as described in your selected plan. Unused credits above the cap expire at the end of each billing cycle.
• Credit pack credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel anytime from within the app — you will continue to receive benefits until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds for completed purchases are not issued except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

4. Bookings and cancellation

• Booking a class deducts credits from your balance at the time of booking.
• You may cancel a booking up to 12 hours before the class start time for a full credit refund.
• Cancellations within 12 hours of the class start time, or failure to attend (no-show), will forfeit the credits used.
• If a studio cancels a class, your credits will be automatically refunded in full.
• Repeated no-shows may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

5. User conduct

When using Dabble, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, instructors, or studio staff
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content (including in reviews)
• Attempt to access the Service by automated means or interfere with its operation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Use the Service to compete with Dabble or build a similar product

6. Reviews and user content

You may submit reviews of classes you've attended. By submitting a review, you grant Dabble a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute it within the Service. Reviews must be based on genuine experience and must not contain offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms.

7. Studios and instructors

Dabble is a marketplace that connects you with independent studios. We are not responsible for the conduct of studios or instructors, the quality or safety of their classes, or any injury or loss sustained during a class. You participate at your own risk and should ensure you are physically fit to participate in the activities offered.

8. Intellectual property

The Dabble name, logo, app design, and all content we create remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but the following provisions survive: sections 3 (payments), 5 (conduct), 6 (user content), 8 (IP), 10 (disclaimers), 11 (liability), and 12 (governing law).

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dabble and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of Dabble after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
